Issue

When shipping with the PB Shipping API - USPS carrier, when selecting the Print button, the message "Package 1 has failed validation. Error message from PB Shipping API: 1150001Invalid field value related to Payment." apears.

Cause

There is an issue with the Shipping Key setup.

Resolution

This issue must be resolved by a Pitney Bowes representative.
