Connecting your WooCommerce store to PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, or PitneyShip Enterprise

Connecting your WooCommerce store to PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, or PitneyShip Enterprise allows you to manage data between both platforms.

Before connecting your WooCommerce store to PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, or PitneyShip Enterprise, you need your store URL, Consumer Key, and Consumer Secret.

Obtaining your Consumer Key and Consumer Secret

1. Sign in to your WooCommerce account.
2. Go to Settings > WooCommerce > Advanced > Rest API.
3. Select Add Key.
4. Enter a description for the API key.
5. Select the User to associate with the API key.
6. Set the Read/write permissions for the API key.
7. Select Generate API Key.
8. Copy and save the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret. You will need this information when you connect your store to PitneyShip.

Adding your WooCommerce account

1. From the Ship Orders tab, select + Add Store.
2. Select WooCommerce.
3. Enter the Store URL.
4. Enter the Consumer Key.
5. Enter the Consumer Secret.
6. Click Connect Store.
7. (Optional) Set your default preferences for orders from this store and select Finish.
