Viewing user activity in PitneyShip Enterprise

Administrators can see users' signins to the system and activity such as creating and editing items in the system. The logs are updated hourly.

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.

View users signing in to and out of the system

1. From the Home screen, select the Get Started tab.
2. Select the Manage button under User Activity Log.
3. If the Sign In Log tab is not already selected, select it..
   
4. (Optional) Select the calendar icon to change the date range displayed.
5. (Optional) User the Search field to search for a user by email address.

View user activity such as creating and editing items

1. From the Home screen, select the Get Started tab.
2. Select the Manage button under User Activity Log.
3. If the Event Log tab is not already selected, select it.
   
4. (Optional) Select the calendar icon to change the date range displayed.
5. (Optional) User the Search field to search for a user by email address.
6. (Optional) Select the All Events and All Types menus to filter on the types of items.
7. (Optional) Select the View Details tab to see more information about the event.
