Issue

When printing or loading an order, the message "The 'hr' start tag on line 5 position 2 does not match the end tag of 'body'. Line 6, position 3." appears.

Cause

There is an issue with the HubCapp Peripheral Agent settings.

Resolution

  1. Open the HubCapp Peripheral Agent.
  2. Under Settings in the upper right, click Save.
  3. Process a shipment to verify that the issue is resolved.
