Editing a saved HazMat template in SendPro Enterprise

HazMat templates allow you to save and reuse HazMat shipment configurations, including line items and packaging details. You can edit a saved template if needed.

Prerequisites

• SendPro Enterprise 8.56.0
• MailCenter App 1.64 or higher
• Familiarity with HazMat shipping
   

1. Open the MailCenter App (v1.64 or higher is required).
2. In the HazMat section, select Templates.
3. Find the desired template and select it so that it is highlighted.
   • You can use the search feature to find the template by name.
4. Click Select.
5. Modify the shipment information as needed.
6. Validate the shipment. This is required in order to save the template.
7. In the HazMat section, select Templates.
8. Find the desired template and select it so that it is highlighted.
9. (Optional) Change who the template is assigned to:
   • User (default): The template will be available only to the current user.
   • Profile: The template will be available to all users who have the same profile as the current user.
   • Location: The template will be available to all users who have the same location as the current user.
10. Select Update.
