Connecting your WooCommerce store to the PitneyShip mobile app allows you to manage data between both platforms.

Before you begin

You will need the following information from your WooCommerce account.

  • Store URL
  • Consumer Key
  • Consumer Secret

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.

Obtaining your Consumer Key and Consumer Secret

  1. Sign in to your WooCommerce account.
  2. Follow these instructions to generate API Keys from your WooCommerce site.
  3. Copy and save the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret. You will need this information when you connect your store to the PitneyShip mobile app.

Adding your WooCommerce account

  1. Sign in to the PitneyShip mobile app.
  2. From the Home screen, tap Orders.
  3. Tap the ellipses on the Manage Orders page.
  4. Tap Add Store.
  5. Tap the WooCommerce icon.
  6. Enter your Store URL.
  7. Enter the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret you recorded earlier from your WooCommerce site.
  8. Tap Submit.
  9. (Optional) Select your default carrier and service settings and tap Save.
  10. You will now be on the Manage Orders page, and your orders sync. If your orders do not sync, tap on ellipses and tap Sync Orders. Once your orders sync, swipe down to refresh the existing orders.
