Enabling and disabling packing slips for e-commerce orders in PitneyShip or ShipAccel

If you are an e-commerce user, you can print a packing slip for your orders.

If you are an ecommerce user, you can print a packing slip for your orders.

  1. Select Settings > Packing Slip.
  2. Check the Always print packing slip with shipping labels for ecommerce box.
  3. Under Output Size Preview, select the packing slip size.
  4. In the Form Label field, enter the text that you want to appear in a larger size at the top of the packing slip.
  5. Check the boxes for the items you want to appear on the packing slip.
    • If you select Store Logo, select Upload, choose your logo file, and select Upload.
  6. Select Update.

If you no longer want to print packing slips, uncheck the Always print packing slips with shipping labels for ecommerce box and select Update.
