Sending Certified Mail when printing USPS stamps in the PitneyShip mobile app

You can use the PitneyShip mobile app to create Certified Mail stamps and print it directly from your phone.

1. From the Home screen, tap on Stamps.
2. Tap Add another stamp to sheet.
3. Tap Add Extra Services.
4. Select Certified Mail.
5. Select Apply.
6. Attach the top portion of the certified mail label (Form 3800) at the top of the envelope to the left of the postage.
   Important: Make sure that you record any tracking numbers for your records. You will need a tracking number to track the mailpiece.
7. (Optional) If using the Return Receipt (Form 3811), attach the Return Receipt to the back of the envelope.

Certified Letters cannot be tracked within PitneyShip. Once USPS scans the mailpiece, it can be tracked on the USPS website.
