Updating a credit card in the PitneyShip mobile app

If you need to update one or more of your credit cards, you can make the necessary changes using the PitneyShip mobile app.

If you need to update one or more of your credit cards, you can make the necessary changes using the PitneyShip mobile app.

  • If you use a credit card, you can update your credit card information as needed using the instructions below.
  • If you use Purchase Power or a Reserve Account and wish to change your payment method, or if you use a credit card and wish to change to Purchase Power or a Reserve Account, please chat with us.
  1. Tap More > Payment Method.
  2. Tap on the credit card you need to update.
  3. Tap Update Card.
  4. Make the desired changes and tap Submit.
    Note: You will not be able to update the card number, card type, or CVV.
