Changing your username (email address) in PitneyShip

If needed, you can change the email address you use as your username.

If needed, you can change the email address you use as your PitneyShip username.

  1. Select your name in the upper right.
  2. Select Profile.
  3. Select Edit Profile.
  4. Select OK on the notification message. You are taken to your Pitney Bowes account.
  5. Select Edit in the Name & Email Address section.
  6. Update your email address and select Save Changes.
  7. You will receive a verification email message to the new address. Follow the instructions in that message to confirm the change.
  8. Sign out of PitneyShip.
  9. Sign back in to PitneyShip using the new email address.
