Shipping an ecommerce order in SendPro Enterprise
Once your has been set up for ecommerce by a Pitney Bowes representative, users can ship orders in the ecommerce app.

Once your has been set up for ecommerce by a Pitney Bowes representative, users can ship orders in the ecommerce app. If you don't have the ecommerce app, contact your account representative.
- Open the ecommerce app.
- Search for the order you want to ship.
- Double-click on the order record. The shipping form will open and pre-fill the fields with data provided by the store.
- Complete the shipping form.
- Select Print. You are returned to the ecommerce order search form.
