Enabling postage refill receipt notifications in PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, or PitneyShip Enterprise
You can have a receipt emailed to you when a postage refill occurs.

You can have a receipt emailed to you when a postage refill occurs.
The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.
- Select Settings > Postage Refills.
- Under Tracking and Email Notification, select Receive an email when your postage is refilled.
- Enter the email address followed by a comma. To send the notification to more than one address, separate them with commas with a comma at the end.
Note: Even if you only enter one email address, you have to enter a comma after it. - Select Save.
