Locate the value field and enter the value of the item being shipped if the error Invalid shipment contents value appears.

Issue
When shipping international items, the error "Invalid Shipment Contents Value" appears.
Resolution
The line items section will change and give additional options. Locate the value field and enter the value of the item being shipped.
- Ensure the entry in the Value field is a valid numerical value and contains no additional characters.
- Ensure there are no qualifying details in the weight (lbs, or oz, for example).
- Ensure the Description field(s) contain a value depending on the carrier used.
