Connecting your Shopify store to PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, or PitneyShip Enterprise

You can add a Shopify store to sync your Shopify ecommerce orders with PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, or PitneyShip Enterprise.

Before you begin

You will need the following information from your Shopify account.

• Username
• Password

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.

Adding your Shopify account

1. From the Ship Orders tab, select + Add Store.
2. Select Shopify.
3. Select Connect Store. You will be redirected to Shopify.
4. Select Add app.
5. Enter your Shopify login credentials.
6. Choose your Shopify account.
7. Select Install app. You will be redirected to PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, or PitneyShip Enterprise.
8. (Optional) Set your default preferences for orders from this store and select Finish..
