Connecting your eBay store to PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, or PitneyShip Enterprise

You can add your eBay store to sync your eBay ecommerce orders with PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, or PitneyShip Enterprise.

Before you begin

You will need the following information from your eBay account.

• Username
• Password

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.

Adding your eBay account

1. From the Ship Orders tab, select + Add Store.
2. Select eBay.
3. Select Connect Store.
4. Sign in to your eBay account.
5. (Optional) Set your default preferences for orders from this store and select Finish.
