Filtering the package list by building in PitneyTrack Inbound

Admins can choose to allow the package list to be filtered by building.
Products affected: PitneyTrack® Inbound

Admins can choose to allow the package list to be filtered by building. With this setting off, only Sites will be shown in the Locations list on the Packages screen. With this setting on, both Sites and Buildings will be shown in the Locations list.

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.

  1. Select Settings > Admin.
  2. Select your Site.
  3. Under Enable package filtering according to building, select the OFF to change it to ON.
