Connecting your BigCommerce store to SendPro Enterprise
Once your SendPro Enterprise system has been set up for ecommerce by a Pitney Bowes representative, an Administrative user can connect your BigCommerce store.

Once your SendPro Enterprise system has been set up for ecommerce by a Pitney Bowes representative, an Administrative user can connect your BigCommerce store. If you don't have the ecommerce app, contact your account representative.
Note: All SendPro Enterprise steps below must be executed by an Administrative user. Standard users are prohibited from adding and disconnecting stores.
- Sign in to BigCommerce Administration.
- Select Advanced Settings > API accounts > Create API account.
- In the API Account Settings, copy the Client ID value and paste it into a separate location (or write it down).
- Select Create Access Token.
- Copy the Access Token value and paste it into a separate location (or write it down).
- Copy the store hash value from the store URL and paste it into a separate location (or write it down):
- https://store-(store_hash).mybigcommerce.com/
- Sign in to SendPro Enterprise with an Administrator account.
- Open the ecommerce app.
- Select ADD STORE.
- Select Big-Commerce.
- Enter or paste the values you copied earlier from the BigCommerce site:
- Store Hash
- Access Token
- Client ID
- Select REGISTER.
Allow up to 10 minutes for full synchronization.
Note: Users self-hosting their storefront may need to whitelist the following addresses:- Production: 34.206.214.191
- Development/QA/Pre-production: 52.42.26.230
