Incorrect label orientation when printing a shipping label on the PitneyShip Cube

Issue

Your shipping label is printing out with the wrong orientation.

Cause

The incorrect format is selected in printing options.

Resolution

Update printer settings in PitneyShip

Update printer settings in the PitneyShip Mobile app

Solution 1: Update printer settings in PitneyShip

  1. Click the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. Click Print Options.
  3. To set your preference for all labels, check the Set this as default print preference check box.
  4. Select 4 x 6 as your label size.

Solution 2: Update printer settings in the PitneyShip Mobile app

  1. Tap More.
  2. Tap Printer Options.
  3. Tap Roll (4 x 6).
