Adding a user in SendPro Enterprise

You can add users to the system as needed.

1. Sign in to SendPro Enterprise with Supervisor rights.
2. Open the Supervisor App. The app opens to the Users page by default.
3. Select the Add User button.
4. Enter the user's information:
   • Username: Required
   • Enabled: Check this box so that the user can access the system
   • Email: Required
   • Phone: Required
   • Location: Required. Select the user's location.
   • Profile: Select a profile for the user.
   • Default App: The app selected here will open when the user signs in, rather than the Composer App selection screen.
   • Password: Entering a password is optional. If provided, the user receives a welcome email with the password created by the administrator. If not provided, the user receives an email with an invitation to sign up for SendPro Enterprise and create their own password.
   • Localization: Required. The country in which the user is located.
   • Job Title: Optional
   • Description: Optional
   • Cost Center: Optional. The selected default cost center will automatically be filled in for the user when processing packages. If left blank, the user will have to select the cost center each time they process a package.
   • Account Code: Optional. The selected default account code will automatically be filled in for the user when processing packages. If left blank, the user will have to select the account code each time they process a package.
   • Company Code: Optional. The selected default company code will automatically be filled in for the user when processing packages. If left blank, the user will have to select the company code each time they process a package.
   • Tax Identifier Type: Optional
   • Tax Identified: Optional
5. Select Save to keep the user creation screen open or Save and Close to create the user and close the user creation screen.
6. The user will receive an email to access SendPro Enterprise.
