Custom report: Spending by carrier and class in multiple locations in PitneyAnalytics

As a Division Administrator, you may want to create a report showing spending on various carriers & classes across locations so you can track spending in your Divisions.
This article demonstrates how to apply filters and grouping to see spending on various carriers and classes across a division.
- Select Analytics > Reports.
By default, the Spend Summary tab will be displayed. -
Use the filters to select the data you wish to view.
- Filter: The default value is Division/Region.
- Division/Region: Select the divisions you wish to view.
- Location: Select the locations you wish to view.
- Decimal preferences: Select two or three decimal places.
- Date Range: Select one of the preset time periods, or select Custom Range to enter a specific date range.
- Refresh: Once you have selected all of your options, click the refresh icon to display the report.
- Use the grouping tools to organize your report.
- Select Carriers from the View By menu.
- Click the + icon to add another grouping.
- Select Rating Class Advanced from the View By menu.
- Select Carriers from the View By menu.
- Select the Show/Hide Columns button to select which columns are visible in the report.
You can expand table rows by clicking the widget on the left side of the row.
