Printing labels to ship orders in PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, or PitneyShip Enterprise

Once your orders are imported into the Ship Orders tab, you can print the shipping labels for them.

Once your orders are imported into the Ship Orders tab, you can print the shipping labels for them.

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.

  1. From the Home screen or the Shipping & Mailing menu, select Ship Orders.
    Note: Orders that are marked as Already in Process are orders that were imported by someone else. Only the user who imported an order can edit or print a label for it.
  2. To print a label for one order, select the print icon next to the order.

    To print labels for multiple orders at the same time, check the boxes next to them.

    If the print icon is not available, that means the order is incomplete or has issues that must be corrected before the label can be printed. Select the edit icon or any of the red text to open the order and complete the information.
  3. If necessary, select the payment method.
    Note: Shipments with different payment methods cannot be printed at the same time. You can select Override to change all selected shipments to the same payment method.
  4. Select Print.
  5. Select the printer options and select Print.
