Changing IntelliLink Desktop settings
You can change how IntelliLink Desktop manages the downloading of updates.

You can change how IntelliLink Desktop manages the downloading of updates.
- Double-click on the IntelliLink Desktop icon, or right-click on it and select Open IntelliLink Desktop.
- Select the Settings tab.
- Select how you wish to download updates:
- Automatically download updates as soon as they are available (Default)
- Automatically download updates starting at a specific time
- Notify me when an update is available, but let me initiate the download
- To change the download destination for updates, select the Browse button and select the download location.
- If your system uses a proxy to reach the internet, enter the settings under Change Proxy settings. Contact your IT department to obtain the details.
- If you wish to receive email notifications when updates are available for download, enter your email address.
- You may enter more than one email address.
- Email addresses will only be used to notify you of updates.
