Exporting your history in PitneyShip Pro or PitneyShip Enterprise

You can export history reports of your shipping labels, stamp printing, and postage purchases (refills).
Products affected: PitneyShip® Pro, PitneyShip® Enterprise

You can export history reports as CSV files.  Note that the maximum number of records that can be exported at one time is 50,000.

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.

  1. From the Shipping & Mailing menu, select Shipping & Postage History.
  2. By default, the Shipments tab is shown. Select the tab for the type of history you wish to view:
    • Shipments: Shipping labels that you have printed
    • Batch Shipments: Multiple shipping labels that you have printed in a batch
    • USPS Stamps: Your USPS stamp printing history
    • USPS Proof of Delivery: Your transactions that were sent using Electronic Return Receipt, along with the signature file that the USPS obtained upon delivery of the package
    • Shipping Label Refunds: Your label refund requests
    • Postage: Your postage purchase (refill) history
    • USPS Stamps Refunds: Your USPS stamp refund requests
    • SendPro Mailstation: Stamps printed on a SendPro Mailstation
  3. Use the filter menus at the top of the list to select the data you wish to export.
  4. Select Export All.
  5. Follow your web browser's prompts to save the file. (The exact steps will vary depending on your browser settings.)
