Deleting a user in PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, PitneyShip Enterprise, PitneyTrack Inbound, PitneyAnalytics, and the Locker Management Module

If a user account is no longer needed, you can delete it.
Products affected: PitneyShip™, PitneyShip™ Pro, PitneyShip™ Enterprise, PitneyTrack® Inbound, PitneyAnalytics™, ParcelPoint™ Smart Lockers, Locker Management Module

If a user account is no longer needed, you can delete it.

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.

  1. Select Settings > Users.
  2. Locate the user you wish to delete using the search box and filters at the top.
  3. Select the Delete User icon next to the user you wish to delete.
    PitneyShip Pro, PitneyTrack Inbound, PitneyAnalytics, and the Locker Management Module delete icon
  4. Select Delete.
