Editing a department in PitneyShip Pro, PitneyShip Enterprise, PitneyTrack Inbound, PitneyTrack Enterprise, and the Locker Management Module
You can update the recipients in a department or change the key contact.
Products affected: PitneyShip®, PitneyShip® Pro, PitneyShip® Enterprise, PitneyTrack® Inbound, PitneyTrack® Enterprise, PitneyAnalytics®, Locker Management Module
You can update the recipients in a department or change the key contact.
- Select Settings > Address Book.
- Select the Departments tab.
- Select the Edit icon next to the department you wish to edit.
- Update the department recipients as needed.
- To remove a recipient, uncheck the box next to their name.
- To add a recipient, check the box next to their name.
- To designate a new key contact, select Make Key Contact next to their name. (PitneyTrack and the Locker Management Module only)
- Select Save.
