If you see the message "We can't let you in. You’ll need permission first.", the email address you are using to sign in does not have access to the PitneyShip service.
Products affected: PitneyShip™, Connect+® 500W, Connect+® 1000, Connect+® 2000, Connect+® 3000, SendPro® P1000, SendPro® P1500, SendPro® P2000, SendPro® P3000
Issue
The message "We can't let you in. You’ll need permission first." appears in PitneyShip or on the Connect+ series and SendPro P.
Cause
The email address you are using to sign in does not have access to the PitneyShip service.
Resolution
If you are the PitneyShip account holder, please chat with us for further assistance.
If you are an invited PitneyShip sub-user, contact your PitneyShip Administrator.
