Identifying supported batch files in Relay Integrity Pro

Follow these steps to determine if your PDF is editable and can be used as a batch file in Relay Integrity Pro

A batch file is a single PDF that contains multiple mail pieces. The PDF must have editing enabled in the security settings.

IMPORTANT: PDFs that are locked from editing cannot be used.

To check if your PDF is editable and can be used as a batch file:

  1. Open the PDF document.
  2. Try to select the text on the page with a selection tool.
    • If you can highlight a text string and copy/paste it into a text editor, then the PDF can be used as a Batch file.

    • If you cannot highlight a text on the page, then the PDF cannot be used as a batch file.
