Labels missing from USPS SCAN form in PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, PitneyShip Enterprise, or ShipAccel

If labels are missing from the USPS SCAN form, it is because they were created after 8:00 PM. Labels created after 8:00 PM are added to the next day's SCAN form.

Issue

Transactions are missing from the USPS SCAN form. The number of labels is smaller than expected.

Resolution

Labels created after 8:00 PM are not added to the current day's SCAN form. They are automatically added to the next day's SCAN form once it becomes available after midnight.
