Setting up a PitneyShip UPS account on the PitneyShip mobile app
In order to ship with UPS, you first need to set up your UPS account in the PitneyShip mobile app. You can create a Pitney Bowes UPS Rate account and receive pre-negotiated rate discounts, or add an account that is not a Pitney Bowes UPS Rate Account and does not receive our rate discounts.
Important: If you have more than one UPS account number, they must all be registered under a single UPS profile (username) in order to comply with UPS's security standards.
For multi-user subscriptions, only users with the role of Admin can perform this procedure. For multi-location subscriptions, only users with the role of Admin or Location Admin can perform this procedure.
