Issue

When attempting to process various carrier functions, the following message appears:

User: 'Username' does not have permission to use carrier: 'CarrierID#' for function: 'FuntionName', or specified account ID is invalid."

Cause

The user does not have access to the carrier, or an incorrect value being passed from the system.

Resolution

If shipping with this carrier has worked in the past and you are just now receiving this message, go to the Help menu in the upper right and select Clear Local Storage. After selecting this, refresh your browser window and try shipping the package again.
