Message "Failed to get location information for the user" on the SendPro C Auto
Complete the out of box process, sign into sendpro360.pitneybowes.com and follow the steps to refill postage for SendPro Online or PitneyShip if you see the "Failed to get location information for the user" message.

Issue
The message "Failed to get location information for the user" appears when trying to refill postage for shipping labels. The message appears during the install process.
Cause
Unknown.
Resolution
- Complete the Out of Box process and install the device.
- Sign on to sendpro360.pitneybowes.com.
- Follow the steps to refill postage for PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro or PitneyShip Enterprise.
