Issue

When attempting to rate a return label for the PB Shipping API USPS carrier, the following error message is displayed:
 
Package 1 has failed validation. Error message from PB Shipping API: 1021119Invalid special service DelCon selected.Invalid special service DelCon for selected Mail Service.

Cause

PB Shipping API USPS does not support rating a return label.

Resolution

Do not attempt to rate a PB Shipping API USPS Return label. Select one of the carrier-specific return services:
  • First Class Package Return Service
  • Priority Mail Return Service
  • Ground Return Service
