End of Day (EOD) forms for USPS carrier not appearing in EOD App in SendPro Enterprise

Issue
When performing EOD for the USPS carrier, EOD appears to complete successfully (the EOD task box appears green) but no forms are available to print.
Cause
There is a forms permission issue.
Resolution
