How to restart SendSuite Tracking and SendSuite Arrival services in Windows 7
Learn how to restart services for SendSuite Tracking and SendSuite Arrival in Windows 7.
Products affected: SendSuite® Tracking, SendSuite® Arrival®
To restart SendSuite® Tracking and SendSuite® Arrival® services in Windows 7:
- Select the Windows Start icon.
- In the search box, type services.msc.
- Select services.msc.
- Under Services (Local), locate the following services, click once on each service to select it, then select Restart or Start:
- For Arrival 9.7, start/restart the services ArrivalConduit and ArrivalServerAdapter.
- For Arrival 9.61 and below, start/restart the services ArrivalConduit, ArrivalServerAdapter, and Decisionpoint Terminal Server.
- For SendSuite Tracking, start/restart the services ArrivalConduit, ArrivalServerAdapter, Decisionpoint Terminal Server, and DP_IIS_LoadBalancer.
