How to view Move Update reports in ConnectRight Mailer

Learn how to view Move Update reports in ConnectRight Mailer.

To view Move Updates reports in ConnectRight™ Mailer:
  1. In ConnectRight Mailer, select Reports.
  2. Select the plus sign (+) next to the desired run.
  3. Double-click one of the following options:
    • Verify/MoveId address update (pdf), which displays a listing of new addresses and a short reason about why an address is in the report.
    • MoveID address update (csv), which displays a CSV listing of the old and new addresses, status codes, and a short reason about why an address is in the report.

Note: National Change of Address (NCOA) link matches end with the word MATCH in the reason.
