When printing an ERR coversheet in the Certified Mail app, the message "Invalid URI: The hostname could not be parsed." appears.

Resolution

  1. Load the Certified Mail App.
  2. Click the ECertified tab.
  3. Click back to the ERR tab.
  4. Select a different output.
  5. Check Update my default options.
  6. ​Ship the package. Important: It may fail, but that is okay. Proceed with the rest of the instructions.
  7. Reload the Certified Mail App.
  8. Select the needed output.
  9. Check Update my default options.
  10. Ship the package.
