How to fill the sealer on the DI500 and DI600

Learn how to fill the sealer on the DI500 and DI600 Inserters.

Products affected: DI500 and DI600

Follow these steps to add sealing solution:

Open the sealer bottle cover located at the front, right side of the machine
Remove the bottle
Unscrew the cap
Fill the bottle with sealing solution or water
Replace the cap
Place the bottle back into the machine
Close the sealer bottle cover

Note: If this is the first time you are filling the sealer bottle, or if the sealer bottle was completely empty, allow time for the solution to soak through the sealer mechanism before processing material.
