Setting up a printer for SendSuite Arrival

Learn how to set up a printer for the SendSuite Arrival software.

Install a Windows printer driver:
  1. Open Arrival Setup.
  2. Select Setup.
  3. Select Printers.
  4. Select a printer from the list, or create new printer:
    • To select a printer from the list:
      1. Select Edit.
      2. Select the Printer Driver.
      3. Select OK.
  • To create a new printer:
  1. Select Add and enter a printer code (this will be used when assigning it to a form).
  2. Enter the printer name.
  3. Select the printer type.
  4. Select the printer that you created.
  5. Select OK.
 
Follow these steps to assign a label to an object:
  1. Open Arrival Setup.exe.
  2. Select Tools.
  3. Select Forms Generator.
  4. Select Assign (top right corner).
  5. Scroll down to Receiving.
  6. Double-click on Form 1.
  7. Scroll down to and select the label you would like to print:
  • J645_DLV or J645_DLVB
  • J693_DLV or J693_DLVB
 
Assign station to printer:
  1. Open Arrival Setup.exe.
  2. Select Tools.
  3. Select Forms Generator.
  4. Select List.
  5. Locate the form you want to associate with a printer.
  6. Select Edit.
  7. Select the Printer icon next to the Form Output Method.
  8. Double-click the empty space next to the station number and assign the printer.
