Line of credit (Purchase Power) payment options
You can pay your Line of credit (Purchase Power) in different ways. The payment options are automatic payments, one-time online payments, ACH bank transfers, and mailing a check.
- Set up AutoPay recurring payments
- Make an ACH payment in Your Account online
- Mail a check
- Make an ACH or wire transfer
Set up AutoPay recurring payments.
- Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
- If prompted, select the Your Account business portal, otherwise, you will be directed to your Your Account dashboard.
- Select the Billing menu and click AutoPay.
- Select the Enroll button for the account you want to set up on AutoPay
- Complete each section, then select Enroll Now.
Make an ACH payment in Your Account online
- Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
- If prompted, select the Your Account business portal, otherwise, you will be directed to your Your Account dashboard.
- Select the Billing menu and click View & Pay Bills.
- A list of all open bills appears, you can choose to pay one bill or multiple.
- To pay multiple bills, select the checkbox next to the bills you want to pay, then click Make a Payment.
- To pay a single bill select the Pay button next to the required bill.
- Enter the payment date in the Select Payment Date field.
- Select the bank account you want to use or click Add a Bank Account.
- Select the amount to pay and click Review.
- Verify the payment details are correct and click Submit Payment.
Important: Payments made after 4:30 PM ET will be processed on the next business day. Payments can take up to 2 business days to reflect in Your Account.

Regular mail address
Payments will be posted to the account within 10 business days from the mailing date.
