"Invalid Booking Confirmation Number" when shipping FedEx in SendPro Enterprise

Learn how to resolve the error "Invalid Booking Confirmation Number" when shipping FedEx Freight International in SendPro Enterprise.

Issue

When shipping with FedEx Freight International, the error "Invalid Booking Confirmation Number" is displayed.

(A booking number is basically a reservation for the shipment.)

Resolution

To get a booking number, contact FedEx at 1.800.GoFedEx (1.800.463.3339). Once the booking number is received, enter it into the Booking Number field on the SendPro Enterprise Page:

  1. Click the dropdown next to the Ship To and Ship From fields.
  2. Select Duties Bill To.
  3. Populate the Booking Number at the bottom of the section.
