Applying for a credit limit increase for your Purchase Power line of credit

A Purchase Power credit limit determines the total amount of credit extended to a customer for purchasing postage and shipping services. Click the button below to sign in to Your Account and apply for a credit limit increase or follow the step by step instructions.
- Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
- If prompted, select the Your Account business portal, otherwise, you will be directed to your Your Account dashboard.
- Select the Postage menu and click Credit Line Balance.
- Locate the required account and select Increase Credit Limit.
- Complete all the required fields of the Business Information form and click Next.
- Select an option for your Credit Line increase:
- Permanent Line Increase
- Temporary Line Increase
- Important: When increasing your credit limit, enter the new total amount you need, which is your current limit plus the additional amount you require.
- Enter the details for the Primary Contact (required) and Secondary Contact (optional).
- Click Next.
- Click the I acknowledge the conditions above checkbox.
- Enter your name (required) and job title (optional).
- Click Submit.
Important:
- The credit increase application is subject to a credit review and does not guarantee that your credit limit will be increased.
- Approval for most requests is instant but can take up to 24 hours. Larger requests can take up to 3 business days.
- After your request is approved, your new credit line will be available right away. Your updated credit line display will be refreshed in Your Account overnight.
To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. Accordingly, in order to activate your Account, the Bank asks that you provide identifying information, including your address and taxpayer identification number. The Bank may also ask for additional identifying information, where appropriate, including asking that your representative who is opening your Account to provide his/her name, address, date of birth, driver’s license and/or other documents and information that will allow the Bank to identify him/her. In order to participate in the Program, you must provide the information described in this paragraph. You agree to provide all such requested identifying information.
