Issue

When printing mail pieces through the PBFirst™ Load Balance Printing option, after entering the "From" and "To" values, the error message "The value you entered isn't valid for this field" is displayed.

Cause

Non-numeric characters were entered in fields that only allow numbers.

Resolution

In the "From" and "To" fields of the Load Balancing Printer screen, change all values to numbers only. Ensure that those fields do not contain letters.
