Adding a department in PBIL for Intelligent Lockers
Learn how to add a department in PBIL for Intelligent Lockers.

For departmental delivery and pickup, create the department in PBIL and assign the authorized users who will be allowed to pick up packages for that department.
Only users with permission can perform this function.
- Sign in to PBIL.
- Click the Settings icon at the top and select Departments.
- Click + New.
- Fill in the department information. Hover your cursor over the question mark icon to display information about that field.
- To add users who are authorized to pick up packages for this department, start typing the name of the user in the Authorized Users field. In the list of matching users that appears, click on the desired user. Repeat for any additional users.
To remove an authorized user, click the X to the left of their name. - Click Save.
