Creating a USPS shipping label refund report on the SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+, SendPro C Auto

You can view and print all the USPS shipping label refunds you have requested on your device.
Products affected: SendPro® C Lite, SendPro® C, SendPro®+, SendPro® C Auto  (2H00, 8H00, 9H00)
You can view and print all the USPS shipping label refunds you have requested on your device.
  1. Tap SendPro Apps on the Home screen, then tap Shipping History.
  2. Tap All Shipments and select USPS Label Refund History.

  3. All the refunded USPS labels appear on the screen. To view the details of a specific shipping label refund, tap the shipment.
  4. (Optional) To create an email report of all the USPS shipping label refunds:
    1. Tap Create Report.
    2. Enter the email address. Tap the green check mark to confirm.
    3. Tap Email Report.
    4. You will receive an email with an attached .csv transactions history file.
