“Internet services check incomplete” message during installation on the SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+, SendPro C Auto
Issue
During the installation process, when the SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+, SendPro C Auto checks your internet connection, the message “Internet services check incomplete" appears on the Checking Network Connections screen.

Tap on the View Details link in the “Internet services check incomplete” section of Checking Network Connections screen.
A list of internet services (URLs) appears.

Scroll down through the list of services (URLs) displayed in the screen. You need to troubleshoot and restore each service (URL) that has a red exclamation mark next to it. The system returns you to the Get Started screen and repeats the process until all of the necessary connections restore.
Important: If the only remaining error occurs at the service (URL) http://mail.0365.pb.com, located under PB Web services Support, scroll to the bottom of the list and tap Bypass Network Step.
Once your device connects and gets updates, it will receive a new list of URLs with http://mail.0365.pb.com removed.
If you are unable to connect to the internet, ask your IT department or internet provider to check the internet settings before you contact Pitney Bowes.
