Issue

When generating a USPS electronic return receipt shipment (ERR) in the Mailcenter App, the shipment is processed but no label or coversheet is generated or printed.

Cause

Print Selected Document Type was not checked.

Resolution

After clicking Print, when selecting the output type, make sure that Print Selected Document Type is checked at the bottom of the popup.
