Confirming your meter update for Print on Envelopes on the SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+, SendPro C Auto

Products affected: SendPro® C Lite, SendPro® C, SendPro®+, SendPro® C Auto  (2H00, 8H00, 9H00)

To check if you have the latest postage rates for Print on Envelopes:

  1. Locate your Product Code Number (PCN) and 7-digit serial number.
  2. Go to the Confirm your meter update web page.
  3. Select your PCN from the menu, and enter the serial number in the field provided. 
  4. Click Confirm Meter Update.
