Adding or refilling postage on the SendPro Mailstation

Follow these steps to add or refill postage on your SendPro Mailstation.
Products affected: SendPro® Mailstation, SendPro® Mailstation LITE (HZ0L)
  1. On the Home screen, tap Postagefunds icon.
  2. Enter the amount of postage you want to add to your device. The postage balance cannot exceed $1,000. The device will display an error message if you try to refill beyond the limit.
  3. Tap Add Postage.

To add funds, log into PitneyShip, with the same user name with which the was installed. Follow the instructions for Refilling postage in PitneyShip.

When you add postage using a credit card as the payment method, a 3.5% administrative fee will be added. When you use a Reserve Account or Purchase Power Account as the payment method, there is no administrative fee.

If you receive an error while trying to follow add funds, your postage payment method may need to be reviewed and updated. Refer to Changing your USPS payment method on the SendPro Mailstation.
