Making an account inactive on the SendPro C
Setting the account status to inactive prevents anyone from charging postage against it.
Products affected: SendPro® C Auto (7H25A), Connect+® 500W, 1000, 2000, 3000, DM50™, DM55™, DM300C™, DM400C™ (G925, G9254, SG925), SendPro® C (2H25, R2H25, 1H25C, R1H25C), SendPro® C (R7H25C), DM100™, DM125i™, DM175i™
Make an account inactive to prevent the account being used. Setting the account status to inactive prevents anyone from charging postage against an account.
- Tap Print on Envelopes on the Home screen.
- Tap Account.
- Tap Preferences.
- Tap Manage Accounts.
- Tap Edit account.
- Tap the account you want to make inactive.
- Select OK.
- Tap the Inactive button.
- Tap OK to return to the Accounts screen.
- Tap the back arrow to return to the list of accounts.
- Tap Cancel to return to the Print on Envelopes app.
