Properties common to all theme and cartographic legends. Except for the title elements, these properties only control the presentation of the legend content. If attribute "visible" is "false", this legend does not display regardless of the visibility of its associated entity (theme or layer). Otherwise it displays whenever its associated entity is visible. If attribute "compact" is "true", this legend displays in collapsed form using the LegendCompactTitle.
